Owned and operated by Central Connecticut Senior Health Services, Inc., The Orchards at Southington represents The Hospital of Central Connecticut at Bradley Memorial and New Britain General and the Southington Care Center's continued commitment to providing a full continuum of care to meet the needs of seniors and their families in the area.

Development/Management
The Orchards at Southington was developed by National Development of New England. Now open, the community is managed by Southington Care Center.

Fees
At The Orchards at Southington, there are no large entrance fees or hidden costs. One monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, utilities (except phone and cable television), use of the community amenities and services. Additional services are available for a fee.
